Mortgage Financing

WBF is accepting applications for First Mortgage Loans to WBF members and their families. If you have a life insurance, or annuity certificate with Workmen's Benefit Fund, you are eligible to apply. All applicants must meet the Underwriting criteria required by the Society.

The basic guidelines are as follows:

  • First Mortgages Only
  • 15, 20, & 30 Year Terms Available
  • One Family Homes
  • No Points
  • Home Purchase or Refinance
  • No Prepayment Penalty
  • Home Must Be Owner Occupied
  • Conventional Fixed Rate Interest

  • Application Fee Refunded After Closing
